I can’t say enough about how incredible Rich was during my first home-buying experience. I saw a house I was interested in, and Rich literally dropped everything and was there within 30 minutes to show it to me. It was clear from the start that Rich wasn’t just trying to sell me a house; he was looking out for me. With his knowledge of construction, he checked things I wouldn’t have even thought to look at, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting into.When I decided to buy the house, I went through Navy Federal for the loan, but they refused to use any home inspector outside their tiny network (only 4 inspectors in a 100-mile radius)! Weeks passed with no inspection in sight, and the seller was ready to walk away. Rich didn’t just stand by, he jumped in, calling all of his contacts, and by Thursday he had found me a new lender and a home inspector. By Friday I had the paperwork filled out, the inspection was done on Monday, and we closed that Wednesday. It was incredible!Buying a house sight unseen for the first time should have been stressful, but Rich made the process painless. He was patient, over-the-top helpful, and truly earned every dollar.
